This years event will have a half marathon and will also include 10K and 5K races. Event will take place at Sandpoint City Beach. For more information, and to sign up, check here. Athlete check in will begin at 6 a.m.

Shop for fresh produce and artisan goods from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; market is held Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and every Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. through October 12th in downtown Sandpoint's Farmin Park. SandpointFarmersMarket.com.

Come enjoy the annual BCGA Spring Plant Sale from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday at the Ponderay Event Center, 401 Bonner Mall Way. Once there, you'll find a parking lot full of annuals, perennials, tomatoes, veggies, berries, herbs, and some fun extras - and all of those plants were born and raised here in Idaho. Come early for the best selection.

Come on out to the Memorial Community Center, 415 Wellington Place, Hope, for a meeting of the Gardener's Gathering at 10 a.m. Beginners and experts are welcome to talk gardening for an hour. Have fun meeting new gardening friends. Every second and fourth Saturday of the month from 10-11 a.m.

All are welcome to the Queen B Collective's Spring Show on May 11. Bring your loud and proud self out for a night at the Heartwood Center, 615 Oak St., with some of the best local talent (and brand new talent) in the PNW. Doors open at 8 p.m. and the show will run from 9-11:30 p.m. 21+. Tickets $12
